So, a spacer is needed just for the last wheel? Is that the case?
One of the et22's would need the 10mm spacer, to have both back wheels running et12. That would be a staggered setup. I've been told the rear fenders would have to be rolled as well.
To clarify, putting the spacer on the et 12 would make it et 2.
Alternatively you could run all 4 et 12 with 3 spacers but that would be weird.

Unfortunately no, I had the same idea but it looks like the et 12 is 10 mm further in, not just 10mm more hub material. Or at least it doesn't look like you could from the rough measurements I took. There would be too little hub left to be safe.
There's just no getting around running the spacer.
