Embarking on another M30E30 swap. The stock M30 should make about 205-210 hp, Alpina spec'd made ~254ish and turbo'd should be in the 300/400 range. Has anyone confirmed what numbers 10:1 pistons make in an n/a setup with stock cams? I'll go this route if it can pull off ~240 without any additional porting or flow work.

The high compression euro spec m30 pulled 218 hp which was 10:1 with the piano Pistons.

There are 3 M30 engines from the factory that produced low 200's in hp. They all were 3.5 liters, shared a very similar camshaft profile and were 9 to 1 CR or greater. All three of these engines have different cylinder heads with different port sizes/shapes.
1) Early euro, (aka M90).
2) Euro B34 (aka Dirty B34)
3) B35
Bumping the compression slightly (10 to 1) is not going to get you a lot of power in and of itself.

With a stock compression B35, stock exhaust our MAF, simple head work and our cam, you'll make 220 WHP (260Bhp) and 230 WTQ (270 @ crank). With a bump in compression and same mods plus a good exhaust side we consistently see 250 to 260 WHP (300 bhp) and 260 270 WTQ (300 @crank) just to gove you an idea.
Bumping the compression without an appropriate cam or flow work and your not going to gain much power. A bit of low end torque but you'll be running into cylinder heat problems and will not be able to take "full" advantage of the compression bump.
