Best bet would be to move the striker in a little at a time until the door aligns with the body. The window and the door gap look to be even and I am sure that when you move the door striker in, the window should seal again. Weird how that happened on its own......

If your door gap is parallel from top to bottom, then its the strike plate. If its not an even gap, then the door is twisted or a hinge is out of whack, so check those first. Yes, I know the pillar can be bent if the car got t-boned but you'd probably have figured that out by now.

Open the window when you adjust the door so you can focus on the door itself. The chrome strip has a rubber piece between it and the window so there's no way you will damage the chrome.

Once the door is adjusted, you can raise the window and check the clearance as you slowly close the door. If need be, the tilt can be adjusted in and out so it stays on plane with the rear window. Hopefully, the rear window should not need to be adjusted if it sits properly in its seal since you havent messed with it. You can also adjust the door glass so the top edge can be tilted either way so it closes parallel to the seal at the top although that too should not be necessary.

There are good visual aids if you search. Just be careful and patient.
