Has anyone put a list of bolts/nuts needed to replace all the bolts/nuts used by the driveshaft,Trans,Trans bracket, linkage,master/slave cyl? pretty much everything involved with an auto to 5 speed swap in terms of hardware? Thanks.

The only fasteners I needed for the last 5-speed swap I did were flywheel bolts, mounting the clutch master & slave, and attaching the transmission mounts. There may be another fastener or two that I've forgotten that I'd have grabbed out of my collection of metric fasteners. You should get new OE flywheel bolts and probably new drive shaft bolts/nuts. The rest can be had at most any auto parts house or Lowes or Home Depot.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
