I finally got to run my first Auto-X on my new GC/Koni setup. Details on it are here: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=70148
Here were my settings:
Front:
Konis at full soft (not broken in yet)
IE 25mm sway bar - Full stiff
Camber: -1.5deg
Caster: M3 CAB's
Toe: 0 deg
32psi
Rear:
Koni's full soft
IE 21mm sway - middle stiffness
32psi
The car performed very well. Not a whole lot of push at low speeds at on the last high speed corner I could control the rear end with a gentle nudge of the throttle to help bring it around. If I got a little too crazy, I would let off and it would settle back down.
The Hawk HP+ pads were amazing as well - I had way more braking than I could ever explore. The only downside was my smallish 195 width Falken's are not up to the task at hand. I really need a set of wider rims and tires. But, I'll wear these out and figure out the car, then trade up for some larger meats...
The venue was the Tire Rack in South Bend, IN. If you've ever seen their ads, the cars pictured going around the track were on the same one we used. It's a nice smooth service and was a lot of fun. The INR SCCA hosted a great event.
Now, for the good part, some movies. All 4 are about 17-18mb in size, just FYI.
Enjoy!
