Driver side inside kick panel MOISTURE?!?

I noticed my Central Lock Relays keep getting fried. Two days ago I replaced it for the 4th time, (thank you pick n pull 50% off days lol)

I took off my kick panel speaker cover on the driver side and when I went to pull my central lock relay I noticed moisture on my wires? Not a puddle of water but moisture. All over my wires that connect to the driver side door, central lock relay, etc.

ANY thoughts?
Bad door weather gasket? Window seal bad???
How does water moisture get INSIDE my driver side door kick panel????

IM RUNNING OUT OF CENTRAL LOCK RELAYS !! LOL

Any rust on the rocker panel on the drivers side? If thats rusted through, the water is coming in through there.
