    FS: 89 325i CARB legal OBD1 s52

    Zinno 89 325i with CARB legal OBD1 s52 - SOLD

    -CARB certified and smogged OBD1 S52 (from '99 MZ3)
    swapped in at 40k miles, now has approx 61k miles
    -Custom Active Autowerke chip (re-burnable), red label 413 DME
    -8lb JB Racing lightweight flywheel
    -Short shift kit (from an mcoupe or z, not sure which one though)
    -3.73:1 LSD (61k miles) MZ3 finned cover

    -Full working AC that blows ICE COLD
    -SPAL 16" electric fan
    -Metal impeller water pump (1 year old)
    -80deg C thermostat
    -Aluminum thermostat housing
    -less than 1 year old stock E30 radiator (w/ all new hoses)
    -AKG swap E21 brake booster
    -AKG harness adapter (I added the check engine light wire)
    -AKG Heim front control arm mounts
    -AKG 75d trailing arm bushings
    -AKG 75d Differential mount
    -AKG 75d rear subframe bushngs

    THE BAD: UPDATE!!!
    -ODO doesnt work and fuel gauge just stopped working (I've logged the miles the best i could)
    -Dent in pass side valence (i have pics of the damage, when i make left turns at certain angles the tire rubs the valence) -- this has been fixed. the valence has been professionally pulled back out. no more tire rub!
    -The PO said the car was never in an accident but the driver side door is not the same as the rest of the car
    -Aside from the above issues, ive never had a problem with the car. It drives perfectly normal. Ive used mobil1 synthetic every 3k-3500 miles.

    where was all the work done? did you do the swap or was it the previous owner? When was it last smogged?

      i bought the car already swapped. the po was a bmw master tech and did all the work himself. The ac was installed at tng in la cresenta. i smogged it last year sometime, dont remember exactly when.
