Dear friends and club members,
The BMW 3er (e21/e30) Club Spain, http://serie3.net has the honour to announce the SECOND NATIONAL MEETING to be held on May, 16, 17 and 18, 2008 in El Escorial (Madrid). Not only members of our Club, but also all owners of BMW cars of the first two "three series" (e21, e30), as well as those BMW vehicles manufactured before 1991, are invited.
The base of operations will be located in the El Escorial Camping, (http://www.campingelescorial.com, GPS coordinates: 40 ° 37 '37''N * 4 º 06' 00''W) one of the best camping sites in Spain and a member of the "Camping quality Madrid), located on the southern slope of the Sierra de Guadarrama and strategically located just a few kilometres away from the Royal Villa del Escorial and the town of Guadarrama.
The campsite offer will consist of numerous wooden bungalows with a capacity of 2, 3, 4 and 5 persons, with a lot of comfort.
Among the events being planned for the weekend we highlight: a tourist route with our cars to the "ball of the world" (ski resort Valdesqui); another route to Pegerinos, Mount Abantos, Port Lions, aso ...; a football match between supporters of VFL and NFL, the annual meeting of the club; official dinner; bazaar of used parts and a funny gymkhana around several towns of the Madrid Sierra, a cultural route around the Town of el Escorial, as well as an specific entertainment programm for children and companions while we are "busy" with our cars.
The campsite has a reserved parking for the event, several restaurants, supermarkets, sports courts, meeting rooms, children playground equipment, etc. ..
Concluding ... everything to have fun and to spend an interesting weekend together with lovers of classic cars.
