    E46 M3 competition brakes on Naseig 5-lug

I recently purchased the 5 lug kit, and looking for brakes I realized I could use these calipers and get a larger rotor. Just not sure it will fit under 18" wheels. I have one CSL caliper that I borrowed from a guy and was going to mock it up and measure the distance, but really need an 18" wheel to know for sure, don't I?

I think 18" wheels clears the ZCP brakes, but I'm not 100% sure. Also just FYIthe CSL/ZCP front calipers are the same as the regular M3 caliper. The rotor is just bigger and a different caliper bracket.

Pretty sure it'll clear with 18"... But an e30 with normal e46 m3 stuff stops great, I don't see the reason to step up. 18's will cause all sorts of other problems in the front, you won't be able to drive the car hard enough to need huge brakes.

Why do you want huge and heavy brakes? Remember that big brakes are trading worse acceleration (and worse handling) for better stopping capability.

That said, the ZCP brakes will clear most 18" wheels. Hell, I've run (special) 16" wheels on my E46 M3 for the winter.
