Saw some old guy driving a beat up early model but it appeared to have an Reiger body kit on it, looked like a testarossa. Was up in Boulder. Thought about chasing him down to try and buy it all from him, lol.

Denver area noob checking in
Just picked up my first E30 today and I have a lot to learn. Needs a little TLC and a few fixes before I can move onto the fun stuff. Busted temp gauge and/or sending unit, rusted out exhaust, non-functioning blinkers to mention a few gremlins.
Already giving the search button on this forum a workout!

I am in the middle of replacing the exhaust on my 91 ix right now. stock manifold suck, not fun.
Even worse is trying to get to the bolts on your aftermarket headers that you can't access because of the awd components. Almost have the new one bolted back up after several hours today...318iS Track Rat :nice: www.drive4corners.com

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I need a driver side interior bulb-holding half of a rear tail light for the early taillights. ...anyone have a spare they would be willing to part ways with?
Edit: also what are the group's thoughts on the factory oil cooler at our altitude, na m20? I'm thinking about removing this one on my newly acquired vert. Have not read much positive on their efficiency, and oil changes are simpler with the direct perpendicular mount than the 90 degree fitting. Plus less weight on the nose of this thing would be a worthwhile bonus for me.Last edited by LEANE30; 11-04-2015, 11:12 PM.
