ix hard at work
snapped a few shots of the ix with the new roof rack at work. absolutely loving the new rack. she has some patina and is a work in progress, but mechanically perfect. what do you guys think?

i know she is a bit toothy. plans include new valance and lip and possibly some suspension work. here are some pics of the 540.
older ones from when i first got her... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() new bumper insert and black grilles.... ![]() moving.. ![]() Traded for some style 5s.. ![]() and as she sits now on some schnitzels. at least until i can afford to buy a set of good csl reps. ![]() i have been thinking about having those style 5's fill n drilled and refinished for the ix..not sure if offset is right or not though |

yes. it was the best most sturdy option for what i needed. see second pic. do you really trust a yakima or a thule rack to handle ladders all day? personally i thought they looked a little to skimpy..i wanted something that would last and handle whatever abuse i have to throw its way.
