FS/FT central IL: 1988 BMW 325 E30 S52 OBD1 project $3500

Apologies in advance for the bad photos, dirty car, disorganization - I had to get a friend to let another friend in to take photos of this. I was half way through this project a few months ago (just dropped the motor in, relocated the booster), when I was diagnosed with Stage 2 testicular cancer, requiring chemo and multiple surgeries. The entire project was put in limbo and now I'm finally forced to accept that it's not going to be finished by me. It's been moved twice to get to this garage (shared leases ending) and I've been sick or in hospital either time, hence the mess and boxes. Please only inquire if you're serious about picking this project up, I don't have the energy to bargain and deal. The only trades I'll accept are good DDs, E36/E46/E39 preferably.

One missing headlamp (for that turner CAI bro), one smashed foglight cover, one peeling bit of rear bumper trim (i have a spare bumper with good trim)
Badly done sunroof delete by ppo (it seals, that’s all that I’ll say about it. Good new sunroof panel included)
Brake booster relocated for swap (needs clevis modified, should have 2 clevis ready to weld in one of those boxes)
Fluidyne radiator, electrical fans
SS Brake lines
Corbeau fixed seat for driver, adjustable for passenger.
Stripped and lightened, PO claimed 2250lbs with the M20 in
Gutted hood with 4 pins
Ground Control Koni/Eibach coilovers with camber plates
Front and rear strut bars
Eibach adjustable sway bars
Bottle caps with all seasons
3.73 LSD

I really really really would but I'm moving at the same time and I can't do any strenuous physical work for the next half year. Really need to remove all stressors at this point. Thanks! I think I've priced this as a good deal even as a part out car or donor.

Just got discharged and can add some things:
I couldn't find the poly trans mounts, trying to dig up e21 mounts that used to be on there.
The door cards are in gray cloth and decent shape
Dash is uncracked but PO drilled a hole in one of the trays for unknown reason. GoPro mount? Who knows
Will add more pictures when I can.
