    1987 BMW 325is Race Car SCCA ITS - New Build

    ?Purchased as a track prepared street car December, 2014
    ?Car is currently fully prepared for racing in SCCA ITS Class
    ?Car has current SCCA Log book
    ?Car has (2) two race weekends since build (18 hrs)

    Full Build under my ownership as follows:

    Mechanical (All work performed late 2015/early 2016):
    ?Brand new windshield and windsheild gasket
    ?Z3 steering rack
    ?L/R tie rods
    ?Power steering delete
    ?New Bimmerworld premium wheel studs
    ?New Bimmerworld stainless steel brake lines
    ?Custom exhaust with Magnaflow muffler
    ?X2 race transponder
    ?May 2016 Blackstone oil analysis available (results and conclusion indicate engine is in excellent condition)

    Suspension/Engine/Diff:
    ?Stock Getrag 260 transmission,shifts crisp
    ?2.5L M20 motor (stock except performance chip)
    ?BavAuto Intake Kit
    ?eBay headers wrapped with heat wrap
    ?Z3 M Differential Cover
    ?4.10 LSD
    ?Ground Control coilovers single adjustable shocks
    ?polyurethane bushings
    ?PFC 08 compound pads front and rear
    ?Castrol SRF brake fluid flushed in May
    ?Redline fluids in differential and transmission
    ?Redline race oil in engine
    ?UUC Short Shift kit

    Interior (All work performed late 2015/early 2016):
    ?Fully gutted
    ?Sunroof cut out/welded shut
    ?8-pt roll cage
    ?POR-15 interior paint professionally sprayed
    ?Spal Electric fan
    ?Painless switch panel (fuel pump, starter, ignition, electric fan, empty spots for expansion)
    ?Stock wiring harness completely removed
    ?SPA 4L fire suppression system with 6 nozzles (3 at driver, 2 engine bay, 1 battery), fire pull
    ?X2 race transponder key docking station
    ?Hobbs hour meter (18 hrs since build)
    ?Custom gauge panel with tach, VDO oil pressure, VDO oil temperature, VDO coolant temp, low oil warning light
    ?Ecliptech progressive rev lights mounted to dash
    ?Battery cutoff switch
    ?Roll cage mounted rear view mirror
    ?OMP Steering wheel
    ?OMP seat with custom mount for lowest possible position
    ?OMP seat still in date

    Exterior:
    ?Bavarian Auto Gruppe vinyl livery installed April 2016. All graphics are vinyl and removable.

    Here is a link to full res pictures and video of the cars second race weekend @ Daytona in May. This was the last time the car was on track. Qualified 11th out of 45 and finished 5th in class.

                          Thanks. The GCR specifies it be accessible from outside the car in the event the driver is incapacitated and a corner worker must use the kill switch. You can cut the fuel pump from the drivers seat.
