For sale is my 1990 325i
-Freshly rebuilt m20 ~1000 miles on it since
-More aggressive cam but not certain on what it is (PO did the rebuild)
-Five speed swap with a slightly more aggressive clutch over stock
-Paint is 9/10. There are a few rock chips but cannot be noticed from even five feet away.
-It has a tan interior but two black front sport seats in fair condition. Drive side is a little more worn than passenger. The rest of the interior is in solid shape.
-The dash does have some cracks.
-Odometer gears are stuck on 130k and this happened right before the rebuild so it is fairly accurate (I no longer drive the car with an exception to starting it, warming it up and taking two-three laps around my neighborhood every other day.)
-Sunroof works
-AC WORKS! Heat as well
-Solid sound system-- deck speakers, fronts, and small sub in trunk. All with appropriate amps.
-Fresh Toyo tires on car and also have the bottle caps
-All VINs match minus the trunk which has been shaved
Specific details:
Car will need a new fuel pump in the near future, runs fine so long as it has a full tank or close to it.
Needs an ABS relay (only light on dash)
Power steering reservoir should be replaced too at some point (little leaky)
Two of the current wheels on the car are slightly bent, PO hit a pot hole before putting the new tires on them so the steering wheel will rattle from the resonation of the bends at speeds of 62-64 mph. You cannot feel the rattle anywhere else in the car. Passenger wouldn't even know.
Right side front fender is slightly bent from bad wheel fitment of PO. I will add a picture of this later tonight, I don't know how it slipped my mind.
Overall this is a fun car and only needs small touches to make it 100%.
Just ready for the next car I guess.
