Hey Guys,
I'm torn on selling the car, but if I can get my asking, I will probably part with it as I'm looking to get back into vintage cars again. I've priced the car at what I think is a very reasonable price, considering it is a manual transmission late model sedan, has a clean title, passes smog, completely sorted and upgraded over the last year.
I built this car up over the last year to the point where it is now very solid, reliable, and can be used in either SCCA RallyX (PR), AutoX, track events, drift day events, and still pull duty as a daily driver. This car is currently my go to daily driver, and it has never let me down. This is the 5th E30 I've built up.
Price: $4,500 FIRM

- Paint is original on all the panels, no rust, and no clear coat fading/cracking (except plastic bumper tops). Has some dents and scratches, but cleans up really well.
Weak Points:
- No A/C. The compressor works and doesn't make any funny noises, and the system has been converted to 143a. It will need to be inspected for leaks, evap replaced, system vacuumed, and re-charged.
- Blower motor is hitting something on speeds 2-4. I will probably have this fixed.
- Sunroof needs new tracks. It is a manual sunroof, however the previous owner destroyed the rails for the sunroof. They will need to be replaced from a donor car if you want to open the roof. Right now it is closed and sealed with a new sunroof seal to prevent leaks.
- Wipers are intermittent. Likely just needs a new relay. Wiper blades are new.
- Transmission rattles. Shifts perfectly fine, but has Getrag rattle in neutral after it warms up.
As you can see, I've spent a lot of time and money building the car into a reliable and well performing E30. There is well over $5000 in parts alone, all done within the last year. All major E30 maintenance and preventative items have been addressed on this car. I've built it so that it can be used in RallyX, AutoX, track or drift day events, while still being compliant and comfortable enough to be daily driven.
