4 lug hub on e36 knuckle question

Hey guys I will be getting BC coilovers in the next month or so and was wondering if it was possible to put the e30 4 lug hub on the e36 knuckle? I want to stay 4 lug but I also want to be able to disconnect the coilovers from the knuckle which isn't possible with the e30 coilovers setup. Please let me know if it's possible!

The outer diameter of the E36 spindle is bigger so the 4 lug hub will not fit. If you were really dead set on this for some reason you could turn the spindle down to match the diameter of the E30 spindle so the hub could fit.

Seems silly though..
