I know alot of other forums and this one have answers relating to this particular topic. But the information always has variables unanswered. Wanting to run both front and rear. or Different offset.
I have a 1988 E30. "Late wheel arches" i've got 16x9 ET15 wheels with no tyres mounted yet. ideal size is supposedly 225/45 R16 however there are literally only 1 tyre available for that size that is available in my fronts 205/50/R16 for my 16x8. Australia doesnt seem to stock the sizes i need anymore.
There are alot of threads indicating 225/50 R16 wouldn't fit that it would smash while turning. However i only want 225/50R16 in the rear. Does anyone have experiencing running 225/50 R16 Rear. I'll be using 205/50 R15 fronts which i believe will be within normal spec. and the rears will be in a highly available size.
I understand that it will be impossible without a lip roll.
