What are you guys running for transmissions, diffs and axles? I'd have to imagine these are not stock trans setups, something similar to Karel's?

Usually E46 330D/ E39 530D 5 speed tranny's (with the 35mm splines),
For diffs 210mm LSDs from the likes of E32 735/ E34 535 etc. Need to make brackets and custom mounts to fit it. Along with that you'll need the outer alignment hubs from the same cars.
Stub shafts are fully custom built shorter set of reinforced flex steel from PPF in Sweden. These are the most expensive item at well over 1000 USD. Some just cut a regular 735/M5 etc axle and weld it to correct length, but that is like using cheap foundation on a expensive house.
Drive shafts are mostly cut and shortened from the same cars as the diff is from. E32 7 series are well known to have big ass axles, especially V8s and V12s.
