        Yes, it's in p-shop.

        The pen tool pwn's you.

        and layers for base color, shadows, and highligts

        and time

        thats about all it takes

          Yes but just more than one color instead of just one for the car color.

                    go to photoshop, open that pic, and push the letter p on your keyboard.

                          I figured you used the pen tool, alls it is is outlining, just like when
                          I use a scanned picture and turn it digital. You redraw all the base
                          lines. btw doing this/that is a major PITA and takes near forever.
