Well i regret selling my e30 and all the m30 stuff i got
but i got a chance to buy a 1988 535i from a doctor he bought it brand new in 88 has only 105k miles the vehicle inside is brand new as for the outside its damaged in the front
he took care of this car like it was his baby
has all the recipe for everything he bought and fixed since day one
the damage is in the front needs a new hood fender and bumper radiator and stuff
parts should be cheap

now for the extras it has a racing oil thingy that suppose to keep and extra quarte of oil in the engine in case you go through corners or something and has some italian deep dish wheels he bough back in 88 paid 2k for
his asking price is 2200
i am thinking i should offer his 1500 for it what do you guys think

I want a 5er really bad, I would if I were you. Doctors take good care of it, also you are only the second owner if you buy it. I would do it man.

Drivetrain should be solid for a while, engine should last another 20 years. What about suspension, it is getting to the age where stuff is getting worn, and those bits are expensive.

all suspension has been redone in the last year
this guy loved this car when he bought it he bought sheep seat covers and a dash mat and its been on there eversince i guess b/c interior is brand new
