i think i figured out what im going to do. im going to mount with about 20 zip ties across the whole edge, then im gonna use what i think are called
    "flippers" or whatever.... like these

and bolt one end through the lip obviously and the other through the valance. maybe that would hold it on good enough. i need a place to buy those flippers though. dont everyone go copying me now....

Those struts will make the front end of your car look funny IMO.

        Sold it.

That has already been done and no, you won't be original.

For some constructive help, Jordan, why don't you re-inforce the mounting lip with some thicker ABS? I recently did this to my real reiger lip that broke. I reinforced back sections/mounting part and I feel it is a bit stronger.

JasonH -- I would suggest you do this if it is really that thin.

I did that last night with a small test strip. I'll check it when I get home from work today and see how well it adhered.

Raise your hand if your genuine Rieger lip is cracked still.

Sucks to see this GB was shit.
My lip is still hanging on Jordan. Will be 2 years this coming summer.
For this one at least...cracked in two places now, but oh well. Gets by.

So buying the original Reiger Lip for like $260 is ok? To me it looks exactly the same as the OEM iS lip. One more thing would that splitter for the Infinity lip work for the OEM lip?

                          Thanks,
                          Tony

Well, i never got one either although i paid for one. SO in this case ill try to get a refund, because I highly doubt he just forgot to send it, and there's probably not anymore sitting at his house, and i dont want it now anyway. Ill just take a refund. ANYONE HEARD OR SEEN GREG LATELY? Ive pm'd and email'd him and have gotten nothing. So let me know.
