    Windsheild Wiper motor?

Alright how in the heck do i remove this because i am a bit stuck.

I need to remove my winsheild wiper motor arms and i am having some difficulty doing so.

Can anyone help me out and tell me how to remove this damn thing.

Once you remove all the bolts that mount the whole thing to the body they key is simple...

You have to jiggle, wiggle, twist, turn, contort, and just fiddle with the whole assembly until it comes out. There is no method to the madness that is called installing/uninstalling the wiper assembly. You just have to mess with it till it fits.

Oh, and don't worry about it breaking. These things can take a thrashing. Just be sure and have the arms in the proper position so they start to rotate "up" the window when you start the wiper or else you'll have to mount the wipers in odd locations across the arc of the window.

(note: buy a Bently Manual if you haven't already)

      ha ha that simple alrighty.

Also it seems that the heater core is in the way should i worry about that or not?

Do i need to fully remove the wiper motor before taking out the wiper assembly?

Th only think I removed was the firewall and the fan motor and mounting stuff. I'll check my book in a little while to make sure.

I really don't recall, but I think if you can remove the motor first you'll be in better shape.

If your trying to replace the little arm that connect the motor to the wiperlinkage/assembly, trust me.. take the motor out. I was foolish and left it in, and that arm is a B!TCH to get off and on while its still in the car. But then again i tend to learn things the hard way :?

Just for refrence, the first time I did it, to get the entire thing working properly I had to take it out and put it back in no less than 3 times. But now I'm sure I could do it all in under an hour.

Prince- Do you think you can make a step by step process of how to do this for me?

I need to get this done like in a day because it is the rainy season now so i gotta get this done as fast as possible.
