Starts and revs to redline

I got everything back on to the best of my knowledge and when it starts it goes straight to redline....

ideas?

Is your throttle stuck open maybe?

You may have accidently put a F1 racing engine in because those engine idles around 7k. If not, check your throttle.

Did you leave a huge vacuum port open? Like say forget to connect the ICV to the intake?

So my dumbass.... put the throttle in the cruise control spot which in turn had the tb open
