    Welcome. Definitely a beautiful car!

I'd start trying my french out, but my spelling isn't the best. I'm pretty good at listening and understanding and reading, but speaking and spelling is a different story.

You know what screwed me up in French? Apartment is spelled with two p's. So it's l'appartement. Hahaha! Also what screws me up is the usage of prepositions like a, sur, au, en, de, etc because of the rule variations. For example, redbull325is said bienvenue sur r3v. I would have thought bienvenue a r3v.

Very nice car. I have a few offbeat questions if you could help. Can you read the part #s off the fuel injectors and your fuel pressure regulator. Its to settle a debate on another forum. Thanks

You have a very pretty car. I love Alpina E30s--they're always modified so tastefully, and it looks like yours was well taken care of. :D

Heeter isn't so thorough. Nor does he understand French.

                      Hi Nitro,
well as I am living in Japan right now and my car is in France, I will have hard time to read any part numbers before October, when I go back to france.
Now I can tell you that on the Alpina B3 2.7, the fuel injectors and the fuel pressure regulator are not replaced and remain the same as the standard 325i. I have the parts catalog of the E30 based Alpina, and the engine mofifications are as follow :

                      - crankshaft BMW part : 11 21 12 87 260 ( don't know from which model )
                      - Mahle pistons + piston rings ( various sizes and part numbers )
                      - Alpina modified cylinder head
                      - schriek camshaft 268 degres.
                      - bigger intake and exhaust valves.
                      - airflowmeter BMW part : 13 62 12 86 615 ( original Euro 325i )
                      - modified Bosch Motronic ECU
                      - Spark plugs are Bosch W7DC
                      - Alpina exhaust header 2x 3 in 1

All other mods are suspensions, interior...

With the B3, Alpina tried to build an improved 325i, not a race machine. Originally the B3 was dedicated to german business man, driving lot of kilometers on the german highways, at high speed ( bigger fuel tank, no speed limits on german highways.. )

                      Well, I hope that helps.

                      Cheers / Pierre

                            Hp

                            Hi M'technic,

Actually the C2 was 210HP, and the B3 was 204HP with the catalyst.
My B3 has no catalyst and then has the C2 specs with 210HP.

Alpina confirmed that by Email to me.

                            Cheers / Pierre

Nice to see an original E30 Alpina - especially the interior.

                              Thanks for posting!
