    I think there are only a few companies that will let you choose your own company if you're getting health insurance. Usually companies ties up with the health insurance for a group plan where you can save on health insurance cost rather than having your own alone like a private plan. I don't think your company will allow that but you can talk it over with the owner though.

      It depends on how long you paid that 100 extra a month.
