    What oil do the Lower mainland run in their m20's?

    Moving my e30 out there from AB, need some recommendations in terms of a good grade to use.

    Lower mainland as in BC? Quaker State 10w40.

      Lucas 15w40 .. For Diesel engines ... Doesn't turn dark till like 8000 k and I bag on my car . Also stopped alot of leaks for me . Great stuff and cheap at lordco

          Castrol GTX 10w40 in the winter, 20w50 in the summer. Quality oil with a good amount of ZDDP to keep your rockers/cam healthy. Goes on sale frequently at cambodian tire as well.

            shell rotella 15w-40 actualy the oil spec for my b27(soon to get the boot) by bmw for the temp in and around Vancouver.

              Hi there, I just switched to Mobil 1 synthetic 15w40. Available at Lordco, $60 for 4 gallons. Perfect OEM weight year round for Victoria BC. We will see if she drips. The excess cost is offset by double the mileage between oil changes. And 1200+ ZDDP as well.
