NLA ix Transfer Case Seal Help

I am about to replace all of the seals in my 89 ix's transfer case before putting it back in the car and Real OEM lists one of the seals as no longer available. Anyone know where I can source this?

Take the seal out and see if there are numbers on it. I highly doubt it's an actual BMW part. Most seals and bearings are made by outside companies and supplied to the OEM. A good auto parts store should be able to look the seal up by the number on it, if not find a local Applied.
