So I am currently running d2 coilovers and 8.25" wide 15" wheels with 0 offset. I put 1inch spacers on cause I will be running the slr mini drift kit and I read that people were hitting their control arms with 8" wide wheels. Do I should be clear of the control arm. My problem is at full lock the very edge of my wheel is hitting my inner fender well (not the plastic wheel well I took those off already) so my question is, am I okay to hammer back the well about a half inch so I have clearance? I won't hit anything behind it will I?
