in all seriousness I am sure it is different for everyone. When you first start it is VERY difficult, especially if you dont have a girl you can smash regularly. It helps to have some FWB or GF or whatever. I did it without one at first and met some about 3 weeks in. After you get a handle on it (alot of this is a mental thing, You know, a drive to not fap) you start to see results. They may be very subtle at first but the more time goes on the better things will become for you. I experienced noticeable changes one month in.
