^ Yep. And, if we you do command a premium, you know that the tenant will complain about every little thing, which negates any margin. We try and strike a balance between realistic pricing and attracting the right kind of buyer, while maintining a price point that sifts out the riff raff. That said, we've actually lowered the rate for prospects that we knew would be a great tenants and qualified to buy, if we decided to sell.
