WTB: Manual E30 near Baltimore MD $3-$5k

Motivated to find one nearby that has the following:

Sedan/Coupe only
Prefer plastic bumpers
None-to-Minor Rust
Below 190k
Manual Trans
Service Records preferred, but mostly interested for it being mechanically sound
Decent-Stable paint (won't need a respray in near future)

Obviously for the price point, the car doesn't need to be perfect. This car will be intended for DD duties (approx 30 miles daily) to reduce the mileage being put on my e46 M3.

What are you looking to spend?

Some quick key points about the car:
-It's stock aside from bilstein shocks and i think springs.
-ODO works, i replaced the gears which the previous owner said went out on him some time shortly before he decided to sell it
-Just replaced the upper/lower oil pan gaskets. Used blue loctite on new hardware that was properly torqued! (pet peeve of mine)
-replaced steering rack, inner/outer tie rods and ball joints.
-replaced trunk lid struts, have replacement trunk struts too but not yet installed.
-has new air filter and a spare(i bought the standard tune up stuff before i finalized the purchase and have some spares! :D )
-New front tires, rears have like new tread (i'd guess near 90%)
-replacing the fuel filter/fuel line inspection today or tomorrow. (slight gas smell. i'm not too keen on selling it until this is resolved.)

That's all i can think of at the moment. If you're interested i can write up a complete list and e-mail/PM you everything i know about the car.

The hard top is up in NJ with a family member, i'll be headed there some time this week so maybe i can stop by and show it off.
