Trick to installing IE long tube headers?

Dealing with these pretty new IE long tube headers. Having trouble getting the headers closest to the fire wall to fit down in the engine bay, for lack of clearance. Can't even corkscrew it in. Don't want to fight it too much for fear of marring the fresh and uncured ceramic coating. Is there some trick, like undoing an engine mount and jacking it up to make space?

If I remember right, they go in from the top. I had to put one in about halfway, then slide the other to meet it, then drop them both in together. It's been a few years since I did it though, and hopefully by now you've gotten it anyway.

Yep, you gotta drop them in together... its not fun at all. You will need to remove any studs from the head. That'll give you a bit more wiggle room as well
