I'm doing the motor mounts and upper/lower oil pan on my 84 318i m10 engine/auto trans
Man I was hoping to drive this to work this week too.
I got one of the torx bolts out the others wouldn't budge.
I have the correct torx sockets tried a 8mm wrench.
before I attempted I hit them with pb blaster the night before just to make the job easier.
The one out of four that I got off seems to have a bigger head on it, and it bit better some I'm guessing more than likely someone used slightly different torx bolts on the other 3.
The people on this site have saved my rear end more than once and I really appreciate all the knowledge and time spent in your responses.
