Fuse #1 is blowing on my E34 Touring. Instrument Cluster is dead but the car runs find. But what is weird is that my wiper don't work also. I believe fuse #1 have nothing to do with the wiper. Anybody have the same problem?

the basic first advice would be to isolate the prob component on that circut. So check each component on the circut, disconnet them one at a time and see if its one of the things on the circut.

Hey duder, my guess is a harness wire is grounding out somewhere. It happens a lot on these early 90s German cars. The w124 Mercedes cars had their whole engine harnesses recalled because they started using "eco-friendly" wiring. I know that my cluster is throwing some codes that are simply wrong. Those are usually bad grounds.Si vis pacem, para bellum.
