Whereabouts are you? I should be free on Wednesday night. I don't want to make a huge trek out to like the middle of nowhere though.
This does not seem like a fried ECU. The starter should turn the car over as long as you have a functional ignition switch and the starter connected to the battery. The OBC Code Relay serves to disable the injection electronics, so the car should crank, but not start.
