    Cold start issue

Recently, its been a little chilly in California. Yes, nothing crazy compared to some of you guys, but I have had an issue with my car starting. It will not crank, and I do not hear my starter even clicking. All accessories are working, and my volt gauge shows 12 volts. If I come back to it about ten minutes later, it will start.

Not really sure where to start looking.. help please?

That doesn't really sound like a cold weather start issue. Something is loose in your wiring. The starter not clicking at all with 12 volts is odd. Make sure your grounds and connections are clean and tight.

      Wiring/starter issue. Or engine ground

I figured it out. It was a loose starter solenoid nut.
