e36 M3 Headers for M50 e30 swap

anyone have luck with e36 M3 headers for a S50/M50 e30 swap..I have my eye(well both eyes) on a set for my M50 swap..any issues rubbing.I have no problem bending them,I was hoping they would work without a MAJOR issue

Pretty sure they fit no problem. My M50 ones fit.
