Goals are around 400whp with the fastest spool possible on e85. I don't plan on revving higher than 7k either if it matters. Not interested in the EFR lineup either $$$$. What about an HE351VE with a vgt controller?

I wanted to ask you if I could fit an he351ve using your manifold? (Sent you a message on RSI already I think) I know I'd either have to use a t4 adapter, or dremel the mani/turbo a bit. There's standalone vgt controllers out there now and folks are having success using them. Would give me full boost around 2k rpm and support 700bhp. Plus they can be found for cheap.
