I played around with one of those online calculators to figure static compression ratio. I guessed at a few variables (combustion chamber volume, deck height, etc) until it resulted at a CR close to stock with the 325 stroke. Changing the stroke to the eta spec with no other changes raises the CR about .7. That in itself is probably pushing it, it's worse if the blocked has been decked or the head shaved.
It looks like I need to reduce the compression ratio, maybe with a thicker head gasket.
