Need help with fuel evap system M50

    Hello.

I'm trying to figure out where all these lines go to.

From what I understand number two is supposed to go to the throttle body and either number one or three is the vent line from the fuel tank.

So does anyone have any ideas?

Does this do anything aside from satisfy emissions? Why not delete it?

As far as I know, it basically filters out the bad stuff from the fuel and sends it to the manifold so it gets burnt that way instead of just letting the vapour straight out. But why it's a problem for me is that I need to get it fully working in order to get my car 100 % street legal here in Sweden.

        It shouldn't really matter. I believe it's:
        #1 to atmosphere
        #2 to the throttle body
        #3 to the tank

Make sure you connect the purge valve or you will throw a code.

So basically nothing is supposed to be connected to #1? Not even a hose or anything? Thanks for the tip.

I’d run a hose down somewhere under the car, but usually one of the hoses just vents to atmosphere, yes.
