    MegaSquirt Advise A.S.A.P. Please

Those of you who know the ropes on MegaSquirt please let me know what you think about this deal!! I have only a few days to pick it up so if you think its a steal I will buy it. I am building an "i" motor and plan on running 8-10 lbs of boost daily. Is this what you would buy? Is this a great deal? Your advise AS SOON AS POSSIBLE will be greatly appriciated. Thank you

it's not a bad deal, but you learn a lot more if you put it together yourself. plus who knows how he has his jumpers and outputs setup.

don't forget to order a wideband and controller...

if it stays under 250 buy it. if it goes past that build your own its not hard and you can pick a unassembled kit for 187 + the stim is another 45 and time for you to assemble it. assembly is about 2-5 hrs depeneds on how good your soldering skills are.

i build my new v3 in about 2.5hr with the stim and i had about 5-7 beers in me.:drink:

        Excellent advise guy's, thank you!.

I think I will just buy a new kit and assemble it myself. Sounds a little safer.

Good call, they're easy to assemble (if you take your time) and it's rather rewarding. There are a lot of testing step on the way to completion, make sure to check them all.

Half the fun of MS is building it!
