Nice. I thought about buying the stuff to do this as well. Are you just using a standard clothing iron? Have you done that before with success?

Also just bought the mounts for this bad boy. And it has been dumping snow this week in the mountains, so I think the room mate and I will take the day off tomorrow and hit it hard.

I've tried that before and never had good success. Now I've got an actual iron and it's been working much better. I found the regular iron's holes in the bottom make it so it doesn't push the liquid as easily, so you've got spots where it pushes and others where it doesn't. A snowboard iron is a lot more predictable.

On topic, I don't have pictures yet, but a set of staggered rc035/ rc038 17x8 and 17x9 style 5's are on their way.

Just about all my friends use standard clothing irons, even my shop told me I don't need a snowboard-specific iron. They told me just make sure I don't get one with a teflon-coated base, and they work just fine. I used a friend's last time, and the holes didn't cause any problems.

Got my self one of these.

I really like his YouTube welding videos and I needed another long sleeve T so I thought I'd spend some money on a small guy and help with his work a bit. Plus...
