    Frankenstein 5 Speed Swap

I have a 1983 528E with a 5 Speed I am scrapping. I am piecing together a 5 speed swap to go into my 89 325I. I have a 3 series sheet metal shifter to replace the 5 series. So I think I have that sorted out. I have a small guibo manual driveshaft for a 3 series, but if memory serves me correct my output on the 5 speed is a non-guibo style. I know my 84 325E is a non-guibo automatic. I may need to replace my output on my 5 speed to match the driveshaft. Will know for sure next week when I pull it. I think I can use the 528E flywheel, clutch and throwout bearing on the 325I because it uses Motronic 1.3 with the CPS in front, but I could not go the other way, 325I on the early 528E with the 2 sensors on the flywheel.
