M50: How to time an intake for exhaust camshaft for a 240/240 combo?

So I'm building a 3 liter non-vanos m50 using the crank, rods and pistons from a m54b30. I had the block shaved to raise the compression to about 11.5-ish. I have been looking for some s50b30us cams which is hard even in the US but here in Europe next to impossible to find. Since I'm both financially as well as mentally not ready to buy some aftermarket cams so I've opted to do the next best thing: a 240/240 combo.

I've installed the head and the stock cams which is relatively easy since it's all marked. I can use my carpenter's eye to put the 240 in sort of the same position as the 228, but it may well be a few degrees off. This is less than ideal of course.
Has anyone found a way around this? Or should I just install it sort of right, put the engine in the car and take it to a specialist?

And by the way, if you do have a set of s50b30us cams and are willing to ship them to Europe for not too crazy money, pm me.

This has been done many times but people do not feel like sharing. I don't know why. If I was to do this I would time the stock cams. Then see How the lobes point up towards eachother. Install the new cam and point in same direction. It should be noticeable if your a tooth off. Rotate engine 360 and see if the lines look like they should. Done.
