Has anyone put a stroker motor in a 325ix? I want to put the 2.7 diesel crank into my ix, but wonder if the crank will interfere with the driveshaft housing through the oil pan. It also uses a different block.
yes. don't worry about the oil pan.. you can use any crank that will fit in an M20.
the difference in the block is mostly due to the oil pump - just make sure to use the ix intermediate shafts, and build the rest of the motor as you would any M20
