Here's a little diagram that helps illustrate the shifter operation
Made a bracket to mount the shifter plate
Modded some set screws for smoother operation, then found out "ball bearing" set screws are a thing so those arrive today
Also rounded out the end of the pin a bit again for smoother operation
Started with some good old CAD for the ash tray panel
And we're finished

Nope. If your trans is healthy it is unnecessary. I just replaced all detents, springs etc. It snaps back to position forcefully on its own.Originally posted by ngampleh View Post
