    Replacing oil return tube o-rings

I have my intake manifold off to change the gaskets and paint it. While I'm at it, I want to change the upper and lower o-rings for the oil return tube (a.k.a. bitch tube). The upper is fairly obvious, but how do I pull the tube out to change the lower o-ring? It seems in there pretty firm. Should I just grab hold of it and pull it straight up out of the block, or is there a thread so I should be twisting? I figured I'd ask before I start applying too much force to it and break something.

    thanks!

Pretty straight forward just put some muscle into it but still be easy on front side of the intake mani where it connects to the cylinder head.

No threads on the tube. Just start twisting and pulling. And don't lose the washers.

Cool, sounds simple enough. Will do!
