So I bought H&R cabrio springs... and the back don't match the front! The backs are blue while the fronts are grey :(

I mentioned this in another thread (I did not see this one) but with so many potential convertible -specific OEM parts and with Real OEM diagrams for several of the vert-specific parts of the car (rear window, for example) not being accurate there is an audience for some convertible content.

All of the oddities about the convertible make it hard to find info in the general subforums. The search function often results in pages of non-applicable results.

While most of the how-to posts already exist, I know that my RealOEM searches have been more difficult for the 325ic than for any of my previous e30s.

I would love to see a subforums but if not I'd be satisfied to see a thread dedicated to convertible-specific OEM parts.

First post! Vert forum please. I've had 36s and 46s and just picked up an 87 convertible. Trying to get it back together has been tough compared to the others as there is a lot of conflicting info or incompatible parts between the coupe and vert.

May be falling on deaf ears.

I mean, they hear us but there may not be a need, in their estimation.

71k members on R3V and only 110 votes on this subject. I'm afraid you may be right...

^ The reality is those stats are skewed. I guarantee you all 71k members have not seen this thread. If we were to take proper statistical sample of the forum and use this thread's poll as that sample, the numbers show that an overwhelming majority of the forum would be in favor of a cabrio section.
