The new bushings slide right in, it's getting the old ones out that's the trick. I heated mine and then used a screwdriver to pry the edge up enough to slip some needle nose pliers in and grip and twist and pull.

Um. I typed way too damn slow. RCWells took care of that for me :)

Can someone explain to me what added caster from using M3 CABs do for the handling? Thanks

Adding caster give you better straight line stability at speed and increases steering effort.

Yep. It also increases the camber increase on the outside tire as your steering angle changes... this is good. It's hard to have too much caster.

                  How much caster is "enough"?

I got a set of solid rubber M3 bushings off of Ebay a few months ago and I figured I might as well put my input here.

Steering response was increased TONS. I have these these coupled with zero toe and my car feels even more twitchy (I like it, but it can get annoying at times)

NVH was not increased at all!

NOTE: if you buy the ones off ebay, get the ones for the E36 M3. They are exactly the same, but the seller lists the E30 parts for $5.00 more. I got mine for $51 shipped a few months ago.

I have the THRs now, and have been considering going to the offset M3 bushings too.

Can anyone ELSE throw in here with experience with both?

Mine has rubbed a hole through the front of the liner. I would like to get more caster though. I think I will slot the strut tower to allow more adjustment from my plates.

I have undersized tires too 8)
