New E30 need help with Part #

I have a 1990 convertible. I want to buy mud flaps but I cam across this.

    Front: 72601953292 (1)
    Back: 72601953291 (2)
    or E30 until October 1990
Back: 72609401168 (from October 1990 and on, front not in the list anymore)
Didn't find it when looking for 325i convertible by the way... Looked at 320i to find it. (??)

How do I know if mine was made pre or post October 1990?

I also need a part number of the tail light bulb holder. I keep getting the number to a black one that looks different than what I need. I found a diagram and of course it's the one part I need that has no number. Thanks for the help

Look in your driver door jamb, there should be a vin sticker that will show the build month/year of your car. If for whatever reason that sticker is missing, near the inside of the bottom of the windshield on the dash for a vin# plaque and take the last 7 digits and put them in here:

A lot of the part differences for e30s are for early and late model chassis'. For the most part, if you have a chrome diving board bumpered car, you will use early version parts. Late models have plastic bumpers. But always double check. Your best bet is to use http://realoem.com with your 7 digits of your vin for searching parts.
    Current:
    1989 325i
    1988 M3
    1987 325ic
    Past:
    2001 330ci
    2001 M3
